一、总则
Omeria 文件格式（以下简称“.omeria 格式”）由 PersonaHome 独立设计与维护，用于在 Omeria 系列软件及其授权组件间实现笔记数据、结构视图与元数据的统一存储与解析。本格式的设计目标是确保跨版本一致性、数据安全性与系统完整性。
本文件为 .omeria 文件格式的使用与授权条款，旨在明确该格式的知识产权归属、使用范围及法律限制。凡以任何方式获取、使用、解析或传播 .omeria 文件及相关文档的个人或组织，均视为已阅读、理解并同意遵守本条款。
二、知识产权归属
.omeria 文件格式的全部著作权、专利权及相关技术实现，均归 PersonaHome 所有。
该格式的内部结构、标识符命名、数据组织方式及元数据定义，受中华人民共和国及国际版权法保护。
除 PersonaHome 及其授权合作方外，任何个人或机构均不得以任何形式声称对 .omeria 格式拥有全部或部分知识产权。
三、允许的使用范围
任何人可在合法前提下阅读、研究或分析 .omeria 文件的公开文档，以理解其数据结构和设计理念。
用户可通过官方发布的 Omeria 软件或获得书面授权的应用程序，合法读取和展示 .omeria 文件内容。
研究人员、开发者及教育机构可引用格式文档的部分内容，用于学术或非商业性技术分析，但须保留完整来源与版权声明。
四、禁止的行为
为维护数据一致性与系统安全，以下行为被严格禁止：
未经 PersonaHome 明确书面授权，自行编写、修改或生成 .omeria 文件，无论出于商业或非商业目的。
通过逆向工程、反编译、嗅探、模拟或其他技术手段，绕过 Omeria 软件的数据写入机制或伪造格式文件。
以 .omeria 文件格式为基础，创建兼容性库、导出工具、第三方写入器或转换程序。
在任何软件、产品、服务或商业活动中，直接或间接利用 .omeria 格式进行数据交换、销售或再分发。
删除或篡改 .omeria 文件或其规范文档中的版权声明、标识符、元数据签名等信息。
五、责任与后果
任何违反本条款的行为，将被视为对 PersonaHome 知识产权的侵犯。PersonaHome 有权依据相关法律采取包括但不限于停止侵权、追偿损失、诉讼或行政申诉等措施。
由第三方软件生成或修改的 .omeria 文件将被视为非合法文件，Omeria 官方产品可能拒绝加载或标记为风险数据。
PersonaHome 不对任何未经授权的软件或服务承担兼容性、稳定性或数据安全方面的责任。
六、格式透明性声明
PersonaHome 认可技术透明性对开发者生态的重要性，因此 .omeria 格式的结构文档可公开查阅，以促进学术与研究讨论。然而，透明性不等同于开放性。
任何对格式内部逻辑的使用，应以尊重原始设计和知识产权为前提。
PersonaHome 将根据版本演进，不定期更新格式说明与安全机制，并保留对协议条款进行修改的权利。
七、授权例外与合作申请
如您希望在获得正式授权的前提下，实现 .omeria 文件的合法写入、导出或集成使用，可通过以下途径提交申请：
申请应包含组织信息、用途说明、技术方案与安全措施。PersonaHome 将根据具体情况评估是否授予有限或长期授权。
八、最终解释权
本条款的解释权、修改权及更新权均归 PersonaHome 所有。
若本条款的任何部分被司法机关认定为无效或不可执行，其余部分仍具独立法律效力。

本文件为 .omeria 文件格式的唯一官方授权文本。使用者在阅读或使用前，应充分理解其内容。继续使用 .omeria 格式即表示同意受本条款约束。

1. General Statement
The Omeria file format (hereinafter referred to as the “.omeria format”) is an original data specification developed and maintained by PersonaHome. It is designed for unified storage, structural visualization, and metadata management across the Omeria suite of applications and their authorized components.
This document defines the intellectual property ownership, permitted uses, and legal restrictions regarding the .omeria format. Any individual or organization who obtains, accesses, analyzes, or distributes .omeria files or related documentation is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.
2. Intellectual Property
All copyrights, patents, and related technical rights of the .omeria file format are owned exclusively by PersonaHome.
The internal data structures, identifier definitions, and metadata organization of the format are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws in China and internationally.
No individual or entity, other than PersonaHome and its authorized partners, may claim ownership of the .omeria format, in whole or in part.
3. Permitted Use
Any person may read, study, or analyze the publicly available documentation of the .omeria format for purposes of understanding its data organization and design principles.
Users may view and read .omeria files only through officially released Omeria applications or software expressly authorized by PersonaHome.
Researchers, educators, and non-commercial developers may cite portions of the format documentation for academic or analytical discussion, provided that proper attribution and copyright notice are retained.
4. Prohibited Conduct
To preserve data integrity and system security, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
Creating, modifying, or generating .omeria files using any unauthorized software or tools, for any purpose, whether commercial or non-commercial.
Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to replicate the .omeria file writing process through code analysis, packet sniffing, or simulation.
Developing compatibility libraries, exporters, third-party writers, or format converters based on .omeria.
Using the .omeria format, directly or indirectly, in any software, service, or commercial activity without written consent from PersonaHome.
Removing or altering copyright notices, identifiers, digital signatures, or embedded metadata within .omeria files or related documentation.
5. Liability and Enforcement
Any violation of these terms constitutes an infringement of PersonaHome’s intellectual property rights. PersonaHome reserves the right to pursue remedies under civil or criminal law, including but not limited to injunctions, damages, or formal legal action.
.omeria files created or altered by unauthorized software shall be deemed invalid or untrusted, and official Omeria products may refuse to load or flag them as unsafe.
PersonaHome shall not be liable for any issues of compatibility, stability, or data loss arising from unlicensed or unofficial software implementations.
6. Transparency Statement
PersonaHome recognizes the value of transparency for technical and academic communities. The structure of the .omeria format may therefore be publicly documented for research and interoperability review.
However, transparency does not imply openness.
All usage must respect the original design intent and intellectual property rights of PersonaHome.
The company reserves the right to update this specification and license terms as the format evolves.
7. Exceptions and Partnership Requests
Developers or organizations wishing to obtain authorization to legally write, export, or integrate .omeria files must submit a written request including organization details, intended use, and security measures.

8. Governing Law and Interpretation
PersonaHome retains full rights of interpretation, modification, and update of this license.
If any clause of this document is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, the remaining clauses shall continue in full effect.
Notice:
This document is the sole official licensing statement for the .omeria file format.
Use of the .omeria format in any capacity constitutes acceptance of these terms.
